I’ve been less active writing during the summer months. But now in September. Lately there’s been a story about a Spanish local news outlet that is doing daily WhatsApp Newsletters.
Email simply isn’t a great channel. Open rates are low and competition is absurd.
Now a lot of the planet actually uses WhatsApp, so it’s a feasible channel.
For most of us this will mean using WhatsApp on desktop.
