A lot of Newsletters writers neglect to build a "marketing lead funnel" that delivers them enough new free subscribers each day to be sustainable over the long-term.
I am not sure why that is? This has to be part of your business plan right from the very beginning, ESPECIALLY if you don't have a pre-existing Email list.
